Our Hereford cows are bred to be efficient grass converters. They provide well marbled and tender beef. We breed our cows for fall calving, so that the beef cows can be finished on grass. In addition to Herefords, we occasionally raise dairy bull calves for meat. These animals are typically cheaper, as they are not of the same quality as the hereford meat. We typically have 4-5 beef steers available each year. Occasionally we have heifers and bull prospects available.
All meat is vacuumed sealed and processed at an USDA processing center.
